We offer thoughtfully designed staging packages tailored to each home--from occupied consultations to full-service staging for vacant and high-end properties. Every package includes curated furnishings, delivery, setup, and de-staging, with flexible rental extensions available.

    The Walk & Style consultation is a $250 service best suited for occupied homes or sellers on a budget. It includes immediate feedback on layout and décor, a detailed room-by-room plan, and helpful checklist for DIY improvements.

      The Essential Package (Most Popular) is a $1,500 service designed for smaller vacant properties under 1,800 square feet. It includes staging of key living areas such the main living room, kitchen/dining, master bedroom, and entry. Up to a 30-day rental of all furnishings and décor is included, along with delivery, setup, and de-staging.

      The Premier Package is a $2,000 service ideal for 2-3 bedroom homes ranging from 1,800 - 2,500 square feet. It includes staging of main living areas such as kitchen, dining room, living areas, master bedroom, and one guest bedroom or office. Up to 45-day rental of all furnishings and décor is included, along with delivery, setup, and de-staging.

        The Luxe Package is a $4,000+ service designed for larger or higher-end homes. It includes full-home staging accross all bedrooms, living spaces, bathrooms, and outdoor areas, featuring designer furnishings and upscale décor is included. Up to 60-day rental of all furnishings and décor is included, along with delivery, setup, and de-staging.

        The Parade of Homes Staging package is a $1500 service designed specifically for the Parade of Homes properties. This package includes staging for 4-5 rooms with a 7-10 day rental period. Delivery, setup and de-staging are all included. Additional rooms may be added for $300-$500 per room, depending on space and furnishing required. Rental extension are available at $175 per day.

        Wall Hanging & Installation

        At White Pine Staging, we thoughtfully install artwork and wall décor to enhance each space while prioritizing care for your home. Whenever possible, we use damage-free methods such as Command StripsTM. In some cases, small nails may be required to ensure proper placement and stability. 

        While we take every precaution to minimize impact, minor wall markings may occur. Clients are responsible for any touch-ups or repairs following de-staging, as outlined in our client agreement.
